BTB25’s participation programme celebrates the shared textile heritage of Lancashire’s communities, through creative learning activities designed to foster creativity, inclusivity and connection.
Through free workshops, education visits, artist collaborations, and volunteering, we create lasting cultural and social impacts that benefit both individuals and the wider region.

LCC will pledge money to us based on the amount of support we gain from people living in Lancashire.
Even by pledging the minimum of £2 you can help us massively, as the most important thing is to get as many backers as possible. Support from our local audience, even small pledges will help us show Lancashire’s support for our project! Anyone from anywhere can support and donate to our campaign, but the support we get from Lancashire postcodes will help determine how much money Lancashire County Council pledges.
Achieving our crowdfunding target will ensure that the participation programme’s costs are met and that we can extend its impact and reach across Lancashire. If you’ve ever volunteered with us or enjoyed any of our free educational tours, workshops, online and in person talks we’d really appreciate your support in continuing to develop and deliver these programmes!
Our campaign runs until the end of April, but at the end of February Lancashire County Council will decide how much they will pledge based on the backing of our Lancashire audience at that point.
